Chief Executive Officer – Selina Timmins

With over 27 years of experience in the public sector, Selina brings a deep commitment to education and community development. As the CEO of the Trust, she is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for every child to thrive, with a strong focus on those from vulnerable or disadvantaged backgrounds.

Prior to her current role, Selina played a key role in supporting the founding schools, Trustees and the former CEO, through the formation and development of the Multi Academy Trust, ensuring a collaborative and values-driven foundation from the outset.

Selina has been fortunate to have a varied career in education and the public sector, working for a large Local Authority and then as a leadership and management consultant, supporting school leaders and Local Authorities to drive improvement and foster inclusive, high-performing learning environments.  Her work has included cross-sector projects recognised nationally as best practice.  A proud contributor to the educational landscape in the North Solihull area, she has led and supported numerous strategic initiatives, including the establishment of a teaching school and chairing the schools’ collaborative.

Chief Finance Officer – Paul Jackson

Paul is an accomplished Chief Finance Officer with extensive experience in education business management and strategic financial leadership. Formerly the Managing Director of a company specialising in comprehensive support services for schools, Paul brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in school business management. This includes serving as the Business Manager of a secondary school and managing the finances of a large local authority music service.

Paul possesses deep expertise in all aspects of schools' financial operations, including budget setting and monitoring, procurement, payroll, financial forecasting, and cash flow reporting, with regular reporting to Trustees and Governing Bodies. In addition to financial leadership, Paul has developed strong project management and coaching skills through years of supporting schools and mentoring educational professionals. A respected figure in school governance, Paul has also delivered governance training to numerous governing boards, further demonstrating a commitment to effective leadership and accountability in education.

Strategic School Improvement Lead – Amy Feeney

Amy is the Trust’s Strategic School Improvement Lead, with extensive experience across both primary and secondary education. A recognised Evidence Leader of Education and experienced Research Lead, she has worked closely with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) and Research Schools to embed evidence-informed practice across classrooms.

Amy is passionate about professional development and coaching, leading the Trust’s CPD programme and the strategic school improvement cycle with a clear focus on raising standards and improving outcomes. She plays a key role in driving improvements in teaching and learning, supporting schools to implement high-impact strategies aligned with current research. In addition, she facilitates NPQ programmes and bespoke leadership development opportunities, helping to build a strong pipeline of effective and reflective school leaders.

Trust Executive Head Teacher / HT Castle Bromwich Junior School – Sarah Hobden

Sarah is the Trust Executive Head Teacher, providing strategic leadership across all schools within the Trust while also retaining overall accountability for Castle Bromwich Junior School. With a proven track record of school improvement and leadership development, she plays a key role in supporting peer Head Teachers, offering guidance and collaboration to drive high standards across the Trust.

Sarah leads the Trust’s attendance strategy, staff well-being, and the development of initiatives that promote a positive and supportive working environment. Passionate about nurturing future leaders, she also mentors new and aspiring senior school leaders, helping to build capacity and sustainability within the Trust’s leadership teams.

Head Teacher, Castle Bromwich Infant & Nursery School – Justin Stokes

Justin has over 30 years’ experience in education and is dedicated to giving children the strongest start to their learning. He began his career in inner-city Birmingham schools in the 1990s, developing a deep understanding of diverse communities and high-quality early years provision.

He progressed through a range of leadership roles, including Head of Early Years, before moving into consultancy with two West Midlands local authorities. This work involved supporting schools and early years settings, and delivering training across the sector. Justin later served as Deputy Head Teacher in Wolverhampton before becoming a Head Teacher in Sandwell in 2014. He joined Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School in 2019.

Justin is passionate about working with young children and their families during these formative years. He values the opportunity to work with talented staff who share his commitment to building strong foundations for every pupil’s future success.

Head of School, Castle Bromwich Junior School – Tristi Timms

Tristi has dedicated over 25 years to education, focusing her career on inclusive, high-quality provision. She started as a class teacher and music leader, progressing to hold various leadership roles, culminating in her appointment as Head of School.

For 17 years, Tristi has also worked as SENCo, driving improvements in provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Her leadership contributed to the school achieving Flagship Status for Inclusion through the Inclusion Quality Mark, and she continues to support inclusive practice across the trust.

Alongside her leadership in inclusion, Tristi has a strong background in music and the arts and is committed to giving children creative opportunities to shine. She leads the school’s annual productions, which are a highlight for the community. Working within Prosper Together MAT closely aligns with her values, and she remains committed to helping every child flourish, regardless of their background or needs.

Head Teacher, Fordbridge Community Primary School – Harriett Simcox

Harriett has more than 20 years’ experience in education, working across three schools and two local authorities. She is an experienced Head Teacher and Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) with a strong track record of school improvement in diverse and challenging settings.

Her leadership experience includes roles as Deputy Head Teacher and Head of School in inner-city Birmingham before joining Fordbridge Community Primary, where she later became Head Teacher. She also contributes to governance as Chair of Governors at a school in Walsall.

Harriett is committed to building inclusive, purposeful school communities where all pupils succeed. Her approach draws on evidence-informed practice, curriculum design and high-quality professional development. Alongside her current role, she is completing the NPQEL to further strengthen her strategic and organisational leadership across the wider system.

Head Teacher, Kingshurst Primary School – Adam Dawes

Adam was appointed Head Teacher of Kingshurst Primary School in September 2025. He brings extensive leadership experience from across the education sector, supporting schools on significant improvement journeys with clear and sustained impact.

His career includes leading work on curriculum, behaviour, attendance, teaching and learning and leadership development. He has contributed to local, regional, and national projects and has worked with multi-academy trusts of all sizes. Adam has a strong commitment to staff development and is enjoying working in a primary setting after a career in secondary education.

Adam believes strongly in Prosper Together’s maxim, Together we Flourish. He is excited to work with pupils, families, staff and trust colleagues to help Kingshurst Primary School grow and thrive.

Head Teacher, Windy Arbor Primary School – Joanna Curry

Jo has over 20 years’ experience in education and is committed to giving every child access to high-quality learning and wider opportunities that prepare them for life. She has spent her entire teaching career in North Solihull and is proud to serve the community she knows well.

Before becoming a Head Teacher, Jo held senior leadership roles for more than a decade, developing strong practice in teaching, staff development and inclusion. She has a particular interest in reading and in building positive relationships with families to strengthen every child’s learning.

Jo’s focus is to create a school where children feel valued, inspired and equipped with the skills and confidence they need for their next steps in education and beyond.

Trust Central Team

Trust Business Manager – Susan Hewlett

Sue is an experienced Trust Business Manager with a strong background in educational operations and leadership. With extensive experience in school business management, she currently oversees the day-to-day business functions within the Trust, including finance, human resources, estates, and compliance. Previously, Sue served as the School Business Manager at Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School, where she led key initiatives to improve financial planning and operational efficiency. Additionally, she has extensive experience in managing extended services in North Solihull, fostering community partnerships, and delivering support services that enhance pupil and family well-being.

Trust Strategic Engagement Lead – Hollie Perry

Hollie is an experienced education professional with a strong background in programme development, strategic leadership, and personal development in schools. Since 2015, she has worked across North Solihull in a range of leadership roles, focused on improving the experiences of young people through high-quality provision.

With a background in PE, school sport, and physical activity, Hollie has led initiatives that raised participation and strengthened curriculum delivery, gaining national recognition for the Girl Power programme. She has supported schools in developing staff capability and recently completed the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager qualification to enhance her leadership practice.

In her current role as Trust Engagement Lead, Hollie leads Flourishing Futures, a trust-wide personal development programme. This provides pupils with access to enrichment, career-themed learning, and opportunities to develop life skills, with achievements celebrated through a graduation pathway. She works closely with school leaders to design, implement, and evaluate programmes that contribute to strategic priorities and pupil outcomes.

IT Manager – Irene Hand

Irene is an experienced IT professional who currently manages the IT services for all five schools within the Trust, ensuring the seamless operation of technology across a diverse educational environment. In this role, she oversees the implementation, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure, supports teaching and learning through effective technology integration, and ensures compliance with safeguarding requirements and DfE digital standards. Managing IT services in an education setting requires a balance of technical expertise and an understanding of the unique needs of staff, students, and curriculum delivery.

Before this position, Irene successfully managed the IT network for Unity Trust in Solihull, where she developed and maintained robust systems that supported both administrative efficiency and classroom innovation. She also led the creation of an IT network for a new build school in Coventry. 

Finance and Administration Officer – Amelia Weldon

Amelia has over ten years of experience working in the public, private and legal sectors, handling a wide range of finance and administrative responsibilities. More recently, she has spent five years applying those skills in human resources, with a focus on well-being. She brings a strong operational background to the Trust and actively supports day-to-day finance and administrative functions. Her work helps keep core processes organised and consistent, streamlining our systems so colleagues across the schools can work efficiently.
